The Gold Wash Plant/Trommel screens provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. In view of occurrence of gold in the different raw materials of placer, alluvial / eluvial deposits and allowing for small, medium & large scale of processing for mining, prospecting and batch sampling, Keda provides different wash plant and related complete sets of equipment, to recover gold with high efficiency and low cost, and finally produce gold ingots / bullions.
This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing. Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
Two kinds of washing plants can be chosen: one plant with trommel for few sticky raw materials, another one with scrubber and trommel for sticky raw materials (such as clay, laterite and kaolin). According to the size of free gold, different equipment such as jig, centrifugal concentrator, sluice box or shaker table are equipped to the wash plant to recover coarse and fine free gold fully.
