Gold Processing Machine Vertical Centrifuge is one kind centrifugal separation equipment. It applies to recovery the monomer gold from the alluvial gold ore, ridge gold ore and polymetallic ore. It replaces the mercury plant, and it is an ideal separator equipment for the gold recovery from the dry land, the river, and the rock.

Our company has produced many models. And after made the test, the machine's recovery rate can above 85% for the feeder particle size less than 5mm for the mine of gold, tin,booze, antimony, silver,zinc,tungsten,tungsten, and the other heavy mine; and the recovery rate can above 90% for the feeder particle size less than 2.5mm. And the ore dressing test shows that the alluvial gold's recovery rate can above 92% (especially for the mine which the ore's particle size 65% is below than 0.106mm, the recovery rate can above 98%) ; and for the particle size of 0.4mm, the recovery rate can above 80%. And the discharge period is different,1-4 hours for the rock mine, and 4-8 hours for the alluvial mine. The centrifuge's ratio of enrichment can reach 500-1000.

Gold Processing Machine Vertical Centrifuge uses the traditional mineral separation method, and in the meantime it has an innovate-we added the back wash water on the inner surface dressing parts. The back wash water can avoids the ledge hidden when the machine worked, and then improves the recovery rate. Ant the new innovate was accomplished by the special water jacket in the centrifugal concentrator.
